Paint the bottle and caps then leave them to dry.When paint drys up then tie up the bottle on hardboard in hanging position. Then paste the straws on hardboard in shape of stem. Just above from the mouth of bottle.Cut some pieces of chart in shape of leaves and paste them along with the straws and at the end point of straws paste the bottle caps in shape of flowers.
